When is the Best Time to start using this Capsule?

Unlike other products, FreeFlow can be used during menstruation, after menstruation or even while on your ovulation period. Its mechanism of action is not altered by the period you commence treatment.

Can you deliver to me outside Imo/Lagos?

Yes, we deliver products to customers anywhere in Nigeria.  We use DHL, ABC Cargo or GIG Logistics for most of our deliveries.

Can you deliver outside Nigeria?

Yes, Free Flow Herbal Capsule can be delivered to you no matter where you are. However, customers who desire to have their products shipped to them outside Nigeria should be ready to pay for their shipping cost.


Delivery within Nigeria is within 1-5 days while delivery outside Nigeria is within 12-25 days.  As soon as your order is dispatched from our store, you will receive an email to confirm that your product is on its way.  You will be contacted by our dispatch personnel on the day of delivery.

A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address.

If you have not received your products after the 5th day for local delivery, kindly contact us on  or send an email to (stating your order number and other relevant details). If your produced are shipped outside Nigeria and you don’t receive your items after 25 days, we urge you to contact us using the above procedure or track your items using the provided tracking number.

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email when your order is shipped. You can also send an email to to enable us detail you with the required updates on the status of your order. If your items were shipped via a courier company, we will send you a tracking code which enables you track the progress of your order.
